PDM Vault will not work with Server 2008 Indexing service

Hi,

We recently upgraded our server to 2008 R2 enterprise, we installed the indexing service and created a catalog for the vault. however vault admin reports that the indexing service is not installed, Is there a workaround for this problem?

Hi Richard,

 

Is this a 64-bit operation system? If so, please contact your VAR and have them open an SR against this issue. (reference SPR 476452)
