Dwg output vs model flat pattern

We do a lot of sheet metal modelling and fabrication. We use mostly brushed plates and I found out that i needed to draw in front plane to allways get the output right.

It seems that in SW 2010 it is not always the exported file becomes the same as the model flat pattern. Sometimes its mirroring and since I make to much outputes everyday I get blind and dont see that its mirroring in the output. This results in a lot of fault cuttet plates. 

Please see arttached file, try to export it, then its mirroring...
