Version: 2010 SP4.0

I need to call out which parts of the surface are coated and masked.  In 2007, I would select the lines and curves, offset them, hide the offset dimension, and select the offset lines and curves to change them to dashed.  I would add a leader to the surface designated by the dashed line curves with a leader and annotation describing the type of coating.  In 2010, I cannot figure out how to change the properties of offset lines and curves. Any suggestions?
