Hi All,

We are having an error when we connect the archive server (Vault created in the archive server). We tried to restart the EPDM service but the archive server could not be restarted through it's service.

When i restarted the Archive server, i am receiving an error that says, Failed to start the solidworks PDM archive server service!

Then I tried to start the service , i am receiving an error that says, Windows could not start the archive server on a local computer.

If anyone have a solution for this problem please let me know.
