Fairly new to SolidWorks (2009), but we're a stainless steel sheet metal shop converting our 2D AutoCAD library into SolidWorks models. The only real issue we haven't figured out yet is how to close the corners of two rolled flanges (see below):

Everything we need to do to form this properly (so far) leaves these corners open; otherwise, a mitered flange would do it, but it would not be a true radius corner (has to be one peice that would fill this 3-way intersection of 5/8"radius bends). Is there a way to produce this?
