I am creating a flight simulator model of an aircraft we have designed in solidworks. I have used the appearances in SolidWorks to paint the aircraft and have rendered images using photoview 360. Is there a way i can export a texture map from either SolidWorks or photoview to make it easier for me to apply the same color/texture scheme. I can recreate it, but I thought if I have the look I want in SolidWorks it would save me some time if I can just reuse that information. The flight simulator program i am using is x-plane. I have used blender to convert the model in to something x-plane can understand. So I would be reapplying the texture in blender.
