I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to move or break a view to pull the location of a center mark in closer to the view that it belongs to.  I understand one can break a view as long as the break lands on the geometry, I am wanting to break the view between the geometry and the center of the radius that is referenced in the geometry.  And actually if there is a way to pull the center closer to the geometry without breaking the view let me hear that also.
