I have an assmbley that i did an extrude cut from the assembly features tool bar. How do i get that extrude cut to show up on in the individual part files?

Ryan,
RC on the part in the model tree and edit it in the assembly.
Then add a feature using convert entities using your original cut.
You will have external references, but it is up to you if you want to
remove them in the part.
In the assm. i am cutting through multiple parts. When i RC on the part to edit it in the assmbly the extrude cut disapears and the part i am editing is solid and the other components are see through. I have edited parts in an assembly many times before but i need to show the assembly cut on the individual parts.
When you create an assembly feature, you specify which components you want the feature to affect.
Set the following options under Feature Scope in the Property Manager:
* Propagate feature to parts. Adds the feature to the part file for each affected component.
