I would like to know if its possible to make a belt/chain moving with the pulleys in basic motion ?
Yes it is. If you have it, it would be under Tools>Addins
I ahve only used it a couple of times and that was in SW2009 1.5 years ago. I remember having to adjust the amount of frames
versus the time laps. If you use the Solidworks help it will give you direction.
Welcome to SW forums Rui.
The answer is yes but you have to be really patient in getting it done as SW flip the mates.

thanks to all
but what i need is the motion of the belt, i would like to know how i get motion on the belt.
Can i rotate the pulleys and at the same time move the belt?
Isn't a chain, its a belt like rubber.
Yes, but the constraints have to be such that it doesn't hold back the motion.
If you are asking me if it can be done that the answer is Yes.
If you are asking me how to do it? I am not an expert in the motion portion of Solidworks.
I just know it can be done and has been done.
yes , the belt have teeth.
and you know any example of that?
Here is a couple of links that might help you.
