You can only approximate it by hand. It is the same issue as trying to wrap a flat piece of paper around a sphere, or project a map of the world onto a globe. It cannot be done directly and exactly.
Rhino, a SW Gold Partner, has a tool that works well to automate this approximation. Similarly, you can utilize tools in SolidWorks like Wrap, Extruded surface, and Deform, but which tool(s) you use depends on the exact results you are looking for, so it is tough for me to guide you more without more information from you. Be very specific.
Depending upon what you are trying for the sweep is a good option. Also, try using the "Offset from Surface" options in the property manager.
