I'm starting down the road of building a new PC with SW 2011 in mind. I want the system to last at least 4 years since this seems to be the replacement cycle here at work. I was looking at the Intel line, but price seems to be a deterent for performance. I came accross the AMD Phenom II 1090T and was wondering if anyone out there has a build with this processor or has any performance caparison to the higher end i7 processors from Intel.

Any motherboard recommendations on this as well would help. My plan is to start with 12GB of RAM and use the new Qaudro 2000 video card. Thanks.
