That's funny...I think it was my fault..(I deleted my post when I realized I had it wrong..lol)...
I think what Brian is referring to, is when you actually insert the circle into the sketch, the distance you're going from your center point/insertion point to define the diameter of the circle is usually the radial dimension, and he would like for it to be the diameter right off the bat. Am i understanding this right, Brian?
I thought he was wanting to know of a way to define the radius right off the bat..oops

I believe if you check "Enable on screen numeric input on entity creation" in the System Options-Sketch, and when you create a circle the "Diameter dimensions" in the property manager is checked, you can then input the diameter instead of the radius.
