which solidworks 2010 supports Intel DG31PR (Motherboard)?
SolidWorks does not care about the motherboard. That is a pretty old motherboard and I suspect the cpu you have is a bit slow but if should work.
Are you attempting to use SolidWorks with the onboard video that is on that motherboard or do you have a dedicated video card from the list of approved SW video cards?
