Utility for porting VBA code to VB.Net?

Does anyone know of a quick way to port swp files to VB.Net code?

We already have a VB.Net add-in to SolidWorks. Now we want to port a large library of VBA macros to the VB.Net add-in.

Motive for this is to avoid issues with running the macros in 32-bit space on Windows 7 64-bit system.

1. Hidden dialogs (as noted in other posts).

2. Slow execution. (This is the report I get from the designers who use SW.)

3. Broken code. Certain macros which worked fine in XP (32-bit) now fail to execute in Windows 7 64-bit.

Any suggestions on the conversion, or on eliminating the issues without converting to VB.Net?
