Hi, I need serious help on this topic:

When I import the dxf as a solidworks part the computer has a serious issue with the sketches, if a sketch seems just a little complicated or two of these sketches on one part, it's all too common for the computer to stand and load for about half an hour on small parts. Is there anything I can do or anyway to reduce the sketch size or am i missing anything when importing. Or can I do something on the computer or solidworks settings. Just upgraded from 32 to 64bit win 7 to see if it'll make a difference but there's none.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
