Is there anyone knows if i can install solidworks 2004 SP0 in windows 7?

Welcome to SW forums Ger.

NO you can't as that is not a supported OS for SolidWorks 2004. SW2010 and onwards is officially supported on Win 7 but many have success installing SW2009 on Win 7.
