Decreasing File Size of Drawing With Multiple "Full Assembly" Views

    Aaron Moncur

I've got a top level assembly drawing with 5 or 6 different views showing the entire assembly (some are cropped, some are exploded, some are simple isometric views, etc).  My file size is around 35MB and skipping from one page to another is brutally slow.  I tried setting the drawing views to lightweight, but that did next to nothing.  Are there any ways to decrease file size for something like this?  The part is essentially a box with a bunch of "stuff" inside, most of which doesn't need to be shown (and isn't) in the drawing views.  Should I just suppress all the internal stuff?  Any other ideas?
