I am having trouble with the an edge disappearing. The edge is on a thread. See the pictures below. Any ideas?
Threads not showing up:
Edge of threads selected:
RMB on view. Select tangent edges visible.
I appreciate the try but that's not it. See the picture below.
In the second image, what is causing the blue circles?
When you hover the cursor over the invisible lines, do they highlight.

... I meant what feature exists to cause those blue circles to show.
Perhaps an orthographic view would help.
Can you post just the part in question for testing on other machines?
Posting the models would conflict with my companies internal policies. Would be interested in a remote session? If you are we should talk about this outside of this thread.
Even if you can't post the whole assy, you could copy that fitting, modify it to protect whatever info, and then post just that modified part, as long as it still exhibits the problem.
Do you need to tell it to show Cosmetic Threads?
Its not a cosmetic thread. Its the actually geometry that is missing.
Check your model to see if the feature is not suppressed.
Some of the time geometry edges don't show up because there is interfering geometry. Is there possibly a way that you created the threads that you actually have some interference?
And just a side comment before you release that drawing, the word after "sold' should be "separately."
thanks for the spelling correction. Good grief! The the things I overlook sometimes surprises me.
I found a workaround. I made another configuration with the same parts and exploded view. The problem went away. The threads displayed correctly.
The workaround was to make a new configuration containing a verbatim exploded view. The edge that would not display fixed itself in the new configuration.
