Does anyone know how to change the default directory for EDrawings?
Are you talking about this?
No, that doesn't seem to be it. I'm referring to the directory that EDrawings opens in. In my case, it is set to open in our old revisions directory, which is not useful.
Thanks for trying, Scott.
Sorry that didn't work.
Try right clicking on the short cut for E drawings and select properties.
Place the directory you want to start in under "Start in:" I have used this in other programs and it has worked.
Thought the other would have worked as well, but what ever.

Thanks again for your suggestions.
How about changing the target path??
It gives me an error that says, "Unsupported File Type". Thanks for the suggestion, though.
I am shooting from the hip here, but what if you were to go to Control panel, add/remove programs
and select E drawings , select change and see if there is an option to modify the install or target
path directory. Or as a last resort, uninstall it and reinstall it looking for that kind of option in the
Thanks for the suggestion, Scott, but it doesn't offer any options. Looks like I might have to live with it.
