During the creation of the administrative image, the location for the SolidWorks Toolbox installation was pointed to a mapped drive instead of using a full UNC path for the location of the shared SolidWorks Toolbox installation. Changing the path for the SolidWorks Toolbox installation from a mapped drive to a full UNC path will fix this issue. Please reference the "Configuring Toolbox Access" section of the SolidWorks Installation and Administration Guide for information on setting up Toolbox for a shared network location. http://files.solidworks.com/Supportfiles/SW_Installation_Guide/2010/English/install_guide.pdf
