Make sure you have Routing enabled in your Add-ins.
You need to have a part or an assembly open to access the routing menu.
Select 1 of 3 options...Routing>Electrical>Open Cable/Wire Library; or Routing>Electrical>Import Cable Library; or Routing>Electrical>Cable/Wire Library Wizard
(Make sure your Options>Routing>Routing File Locations are correct so that you can find the wire library, component, standard cable, covering libraries, etc.)
FYI - Your libraries will be XML types. You can open an existing library and "Save As" to create a new one to your liking. You can also create a new library in EXCEL (97-2000) format and import it, or you can use the Library Wizard to help with this process.
