Flat length of bent rod(weldment)

I know there are a few posts about total length of a weldment but i am not happy with that yet.

I have attached a picture of a .375inch rod that gets rolled/bent. How can i get the exact flat length for this rod to cut it? The BOM in the picture just shows the length without any stretch consideration. The blank length for that part is actually 36.59inches. I figured that out by making it a sheetmetal part .375inch square with all that same bends and that is correct.

I know i could just draw everything in sheetmetal but weldments are nice and quick and i would like to use them but i always need the blank length.

Please share you ideas.
