Hi there!

Again, as some already pointed out, there's no community for the SolidWokrs Utilities Add-In on the forum, so I take the liberty to post here.

I'm using SW 2010 Premium with SP 4.0. I have trouble using the Compare Geometry or Compare Features commands from the SolidWorks Utilities Add-In. Not that the comparisons don't execute well, but it's rather the display of the results that is annoyingly not working fine. I don't know if any of you have experienced it, but once SW displays the comparison results through the synchronization of the two compared parts views, I can't seem to actually see the parts and there colored faces because the zoom tool is working erratically. For example, every time I use the Zoom Window to zoom in on details, I instantly loose both parts' views. Same thing with the Zoom All. I then have to drastically zoom out to get the parts back in their respective window, and when I zoom back in, I'm unable to keep the parts in the center of their window.

Does anyone have experienced the same issue ? Do you know if a SR have been issued ? Is the issue can be resolve locally without having to wait for an SPR ?
