Hello,
I have sheet metal part file and would like to make flat pattern for the existing sheet metal part file.
See attached file.
When click "Flatten" button it is apear a message with error.
Can anobody tell me what I should make in order to make Flatten?

I am guessing the error message will be to do with the 2 flanges on the inside of the "L" shape overlaping.
You would not be able to make this in a single part using standard sheetmetal tooling, the part would have to be pressed into that shape if you require it as a single part.

Edit:- If i was making the part I would just make a square corner and have the welder do a fillet weld in the corner

Is it possible to make it with Solid Works or not?
Not as a standard sheetmetal part in SW, I believe there is 3rd party software for this type of part ( Blankworks ?) check on the SW portal.
