We cut a triangular section out of the I-beam web, and now I want to bend the bottom flange up so that it's parallel with the cut. We call this a skid plate, but I'm not sure if that's the technical name. It's a nice feature on the ends of large equipment skids - keeps from tearing the floor up when the equipment is moved around.

I've tried a few things (deform, flex) but I never use these features and was not able to make them work.

Any ideas? (I hope my explaination makes sense)
