Thicken Problem

I'm unable to thicken this surface in the downward direction. It thickens in an upward direction. I don't have any radi that's smaller than the thickness I want which is .023". Hope someone can help

I cleaned up that surface and got it to thicken. You also have a hole in the small side.

Take a look in the corners of your Surface Loft 2. You would need to clean that up first.
