I am working on an Anthropometric study for a device I am designing. Does anyone know where I can find a freed CAD model of the human body?
Have you tried 3D Content Central?
this site has a couple.
Thanks all. You were a great help.
My company just released a plugin with poseable humans that are also scaleable to different percentiles if you are interested you can see it here

If you're looking for a 3D human body that is based on validated anthropometric datasets of adults, children and multiple ethnicities, be sure to check out http://www.3dhumanmodel.com. The models are natively built for SolidWorks, have a large choice of populations, can easily be moved into any position, and best of all: they are very affordable!
What to you prevents to take a body of the person from Poser? It is possible to transfer it in SW through Rapidform. Really work this idea. Any pose.
Poser is a really great program for making photorealistic renders of human models, but I think less suitable in projects where new devices have to be tested with anthropometrically realistic models, ie models that are based on a large number of scientifically validated measurements of various populations. From my experience, the 3D human models you have to import only once, and after that you can move them into any position without any need for other software in between!
The presented models are so simple that they can be made quickly enough in SW.
Realistic human solidbody models compatible with SolidWorks and other CAD
it is rather made in other CAD and it is imported to SW. In SW here works 0
