I have been asked to teach a course on SolidWorks Sheet Metal at our local community college. It will be an 8 week course, one night a week for 4 hours.
Any advice from the experts here that have taught SolidWorks Sheet Metal on how I may go about setting up a curriculum?
I have some ideas on what I wish to do. Would like to see what others have done for coursework.
I will be creating the curriculum and coursework from scratch. So I will have quite a bit of latitude on what I wish to present.
One of the main reasons I have been asked to teach the course is because I have real world experience in the design and manufacture of sheet metal parts. We wish to bring more to the students then just the basics on how all the sheet metal commands work.
I will be happy to share what I come up with with the user community here on the forums.
