Please, Is anybody here that know details about the medical grade luer threads specifications?
What I have here is an almost identical male-luer but I don’t know threads details so that I can build a set of male and female for a medical instrument.

Also attached is a STEP file of a B-D syringe that I did a while ago. I would attach the SW file but I noticed that the file was and older version.

Glad I could help. This is a reverse-engineered part and I am confident in the dimensions but you might double check at some point with the ISO spec if you are cutting a tool (spending big money). It always pays to double check....

The ISO 594-2:1998 calls for a double-start, right-hand thread of 2.5mm pitch, the file has a single start thread. Everything else looks ok.
