I need some assistance with this one assembly. Fairly small with 94 mates. I have built it 3 times and each time step by step, I make sure my assy stays fully defined as I add each piece. I do this until the assy is finished and it still says fully defined. I save and close. But when I reopen the file which i assume SW is rebuilding I get underdefined again.

I am not sure what is doing this. How critical is being underdefined. I try wiggling stuff it doesn't move from what I gather though I could be wrong though.

Any help would be much apprcaited.
