Hi There,
firstly apologies for posting this here i can't seem to find a forum for discssing licencing etc.
Basicially my computer crashed. I am in the process of installing my solidworks 2007 on my new computer but as i cannot run the old computer how do i go about deactivating my licence currently on the crashed computer so i can activate my new one on my fresh install. I am not on the support program so i don't seem to be able to find a way of emailing solidworks to ask for help. The only slidworks email addresses i can find are ones to apply for job vacancies on the customer portal page.
Any help, greatly appreciated.
