Today I setup a PC with Win 7 Pro X64 and added the PC to our Domain. I tried to download SolidWork 2010 SP4 (64 bit version), but after clicking on Download button I get the message "Download Problem. If the problem persisits, a proxy server might be preventing the automatic downloads. Choose The option to download files manually instead".  I have now interest in downloading 30 files manually since I want to download SP10 for installation on multiple computers.

I tried downloading the 2010 SP4 32bit version from Win XP PC and that worked with no problems.

Is there something on Windows 7 that blocks reaching the SolidWorks download servers?

I even tried from a server that is running windows 2008 sp2 x64 and had the same problems as windows 7 machine....all are within same domain.
