While starting the EDrawings Viewer, we are getting the message box as attached. It seems that the graphics card is not being detected by the EDrawings. The pan-rotation views is taking place very very slowly considering the workstation's capability.

Can you check if you have the updated drivers for the graphics card (http://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/videocardtesting.html)
And did you choose any of the option ad checked the performance.
What is your system specs (processor, RAM, Graphics card, OS, etc.) and e-drawing version.
