Can we mate a spring to the plate with holes.

The attached picture shows the mating location of the spring to that plate. Kindly help me to have an option in solidworks to do this mating.

Create a point on the spring face and use that to locate the spring if you can't use the spring face edge.
I always mate springs to holes (or shafts) using their axis to get concentricity. If the spring has a ground end, you can use that to get axial location, otherwise, you will probably have to mate to a plane.
Could you elaborate a bit please? show a couple of screen shots?
Help me understand a bit better what you are trying to do.
