I would say Coincident 2 of the 3 planes associated to the 2 mating parts and leave out the one
that lock it to the floor persay.
So, if you are looking at the window head on Mate to the wall parrellel to the window and the face
that is vertically perpenticular to it ("Y" direction) and nothing to the floor. This way you could
touch the part and glide the window up and down using your mouse.
I hope this makes sense.
You could also use limit mates, set a minimum and maximum from a specific plane and then just slide the window up and down with your mouse.
