This is the error I get when I try to create a extruded cut from my sketch.

I have a part which requires a panel cut out.

Selected the tangent side for this part, Offset Entities to give me a fixed sketch

Every time I try to create a cut extrude, It fails. Tried everything I can think of.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
