One of our desingers is having a problem adding Center Marks on drawings with Ordinate Dimensions.  I've since recreated the problem on my own machine.

If the following steps are followed the error occurs:

1. Add ordinate dimensions to a drawing with a hole pattern

     a. Zero line is the edge of the solid and subsequent dimensions are to hole edge

     b. See PreCenterMark.png

2. Add a center mark to a dimensioned hole

3. Add a center mark to a non-dimensioned hole

4. Add a center mark to a dimensioned hole

     a. Dimension lines moves

     b. See CenterMarkError.png

If the following steps are followed no error occurs:

1. Add ordinate dimensions to a drawing with a hole pattern

     a. Zero line is the edge of the solid and subsequent dimensions are to hole edge

     b. See PreCenterMark.png

2. Add center marks to all dimensioned holes first

3. Add center marks to all non-dimensioned holes

     a. Dimension lines stay put

     b. See CenterMarkCorrect.png

This only started after updrading to SW2010 SP4.0 from SW2009 SP4.1.  The designer uses Vista x64 and I use Win7 x32.

What is causing this and how can we prevent it?
