I've run flow simulation on a model of a tribo-dispenser.
[A tribocharging paint dispenser uses gas to force dry particles through a dispenser tube. The particles acquire an electric charge through friction as they collide with the dispenser tube's wall, and they are sprayed to paint an object of opposite charge.]
I've run a particle study through the model to get a visual of the particle trajectories.
The charge on the paint particles is affected by the number of collisions (reflections in flow simulation) that occur on each particle as they travel down the tube. So, I have been looking for a way to track that in flow simulation, but haven't been able to find anything.
Now the question:
Is there a way in flow simulation to keep track of the number of collisions between the particle(s) and the dispenser inner wall?
