Please tell me is it possible to add some fillet in the gap shown in the picture.
because i think i have listen some where that weld has been possible even if the two sides hap gaps and no interference edge.
please clarify.....

I have contacted solidworks and find that the feature weld bead is now more improved in 2011. also seen the video of whats new 2011 of weld bead. and it's awesome.
so eagerly waiting for the solidworks 2011.

Devi, you can add a welding note to your drawing if you don't have to show it in the model. Sometimes we all get couaght up in showing these kinds of details when in most cases they're not important to the design.
