Has anyone loaded the Solid Professor yet? I'm hung up in a loop.
My windows exsplorer is set as default. Ms media player will pass video test. Virus protection and firewall are off as asked so the whole system is unprotected. I can get Lic. .... but video coures still won't play.

I haven't had any problems loading it but I have had a strange thing happen occasionally. When I click on a lesson a window pops up and says I must restart the computer to view this lesson. I e-mailed the tech people and they had never heard of such a thing.
Install the latest video drivers, restart the pc and check.
I have a brand new mistress (that is what my wife calls my computer, i7 8G ram, 1Tb hard disk etc.) so it has all the latest things. Oh by the way my video card is so new that it is not on the list of cards so I can't have RealView. Nuts. Sucker has 1G of ram on it and SolidWorks doesn't know what it is. Oh well
Check if they have mentioned about any speciifc video codecs.
