Hello,
I used simulationXpress for parts to check the stress, but when I tried to use it in assembly. It couldn't work. Could you help me to use simulationXpress with assemblies. Many thanks,

as Mark said, SimXpress doesn't support assemblies nor multi-body parts, so there is no way to solve this prob, sorry

Mohammed,
What you could as a workaround is to save the assy as a (multibody) part and then combine the bodies to one body with the combine feature.
Sometimes you have to add small extrudes to fill up tiny gaps and so glue bodies together.
After combining all bodies you can easily check whether all bodies are attached by hiding the last body or feature in the feature tree. This should hide all bodies then. Then run simulation xpress on the part in the weakest material. Maybe you have to tweek the global mesh size a bit to let it mesh succesfully. This will deliver you information about the weakest spot in the assembly based on the weakest material.
Then run the same test in the stronger material and compare the results
SimulationXpress doesn't support assemblies, as you found out. It doesn't support multiple materials to seperate bodies in part files, so there's no workaround for simple checks either.
