Configure Component

There is an issue with the Configure Component (and Configure Feature) tool I am running SWX 2010 64 BIT on Windows 7 and I get the following error

There has to be a setting some where but I can not seem to find it in the File Locations area in the Options.  I found the key in the Registry and changed it to C:\ProgramData\SolidWorks\SolidWorks 2010\lang\english, but that did not seem to work.

 

Has anybody runn across this issue?  any help would be great thanks!
