I'm trying to draw a line through the center of a circle.

In some cases I can hover over the circle and it "wakes up", giving me a center point I can latch onto. That's fine if I want to put the endpoint of the line there, but not so good if I want the line coincident with the center.

The Quick Snaps options are greyed out unless you're actually selecting endpoints.  I'd like to be able to select the line and the circle center and create a coincident relation.  Seems like it should be a simple thing.
