Motherboard with Onboard Video Card and Processor

I'm looking for a low budget computer at home also to improve my SW level and was wondering if some people have experience with onboard video.

I don't want to invest in an expensive videocard and doesn't matter to me that 'real graphics mode' is unavailable.

What about Open GL and 'real graphics mode' ?

For example, now I'm running Windows XP on a 'Ben Hurr type' Pentium 4 at 2.4 Ghz with 2Gig internal and an 128Mb FX5200 AGP videocard.

SW2010 SP4.0 is no problem with simple parts, little assembly's and even DT etc.

Also, I'm looking for an Intel E7500 Core 2 Duo or AMD 2 XII 55 processor, which one should be the best for running SW, low budget AM3 motherboards for the AMD processor have better specs like raid etc.

Remember is was 'low budget' and anything is better as described above :-)

Please let me know your experience with onboard videocards and your opinion about the mentioned processors, would 2Gig be enough to play something with SW ?

Greetings !
