We have been running SW-SP0 and EPDM 10.2.0.714 since March of this year. We have been told by our reseller that there are issues with latest service packs and the EPDM and that we should not upgrade to the latest service packs. We are just switching over from Onespace and learing SolidWorks from scratch, so some of these bugs are really slowing down our learing.
Is there any truth to the warnings about not upgrading?
We are using SW2010 SP4 and it's working fine. I certainly would not want to be running SP0.
We are also running SEPM version 10.03.0843 and can't say that I find many errors. But we also don't use the workflow part of it so I can't talk to that side of it. I do know that this SP did fix some issues we were having.
