How to force system to have always cut list properties aways same eaven for old profiles
I did assign new property value length (lbs.) but always length appears in my cut list proprties then I have always go and change it then i need to add and link it to material
How can I save template to have it always same

You need to modify your weldment profile library. For each library file (.SLDLFP) you need to go to File>Properties and make sure the fields you want are there. These properties will then transfer to the cut list properties of that profile when you add it to a part. (Length, Angle1, and Angle2 don't need to be there- those are added automatically. But if you want Weight or Mass to always be one of your properties, you should add it in the library file's File>Properties, even though there the weight will evaluate to 0.00 there obviously.)

Sorry, when our office had to do this we just waited for a slow few days and then did it file by file. But we don't know all the tricks, maybe in Solidworks Explorer there's a shortcut?
Might be a macro can be used here. There are macro which works on SW format file (part, assy and drawing) but I don't know if they can also work on libraray files. Else you can have the files opened up and then run the macro which will update the file properties for those library weldment profiles.

In SW 2010 you're supposed to be able to use the property tab editor, in the same way you edit customer properties.
I could not find an example in the help file but it mentions it in the what's new SW2010 file.
From another thread:
" You first have to save the property tab file as a weldment tab (not assembly, part or drawing). Then you're in the weldment, select a body and then you can select the proper form. If you don't have a weldment body selected then all you'll see is the part form"
