Thanks for reply. but in that case i could not able to used the tool box facility like smart fastener etc..and because we are using different standard for different fasteners,iI wants to copy all different standard fasteners in to one common place. so i don't have to look every where.

you can go to "Configure toolbox", select an existing standard and click to "Copy standard" and give a name. After you'll find the new standard inside Toolbox and you'll can use it for holes, screws , nuts, pins, ecc
Is there a strong reason you want to use "Toolbox" as the source for your new standard? You may want to look at simply creating your own parts library outside of Toolbox.
