I'm working as part of a team introducing a new document management system into the company and we'd like to covert all our existing e-drawings into pdf's.
We currently have over 3000 eDrawings so need a quick and easy way of doing this.
Any Suggestions?

Do you have the native SolidWorks Files?
If so, you could use the Export option in the SolidWorks Task Scheduler.
We know how to export to pdf from the native file but we don't want to open all 3000+ Solidworks files and do this.
What we're looking for is a method or a piece of software that will allow us to convert all our existing edrawings to pdf's as quickly and simply as possible.
When you say edrawings what do you mean exactly ?
Are they edrawings from 3D-models (parts and/or assemblies) or from SLDDRW (= drawings ready to be printed out) ?
What is it that you expect exactly?
If it's a program that by just pointing it in the right direction and pressing start which will then proceed to convert it all to the pdf's in the right size then you're in for a big disappointment.
If you want to convert edrw's (and not eprt's or easm's) then you're best bet is using the Solidworks Task Scheduler (if you have it) if all of them are the same format or if you have a list of which drawings (the originals and not the edrw's) are in which format. In case neither of these questions can be answered with a yes by you then your up the proverbial narrow waterway without the proverbial manually operated propulsion system.
The only easy and full-proof way would then be to bite the bullet and do a manual conversion of each original drawing or edrw so as to make sure they are converted to the right size (sheet format) and to the right scale. Which could mean that someone will be busy for a week or two.
