SolidWorks doesn't respect temp files location set in system variables TEMP and TMP

Question asked by T. R. on Jul 8, 2010

I have moved my TEMP folder to separate drive it is my old i-RAM I use to use as swap file drive but since I switched to windows 7 64bit my 6GB of RAM is more than sufficient and OS rarely accessing the swap file, so part of drive will be temp drive for now on..

I had redefine both system variables (TEMP and TMP) to point it to other drive but guess what?...  while all programs saves temp to new folder SolidWorks insist on writing to the original location

"C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp"

Anyone knows where can I change this before I start poking around the registry myself?
