I have recently upgrade to Solidworks 2010 SP 4.0.  Now when I open Solidworks I get a splash screen and the nothing.  Solidworks.exe appears in the task manager and then dissapears.  I have uninstalled Solidworks and tried to re-install SP3.1 and now I receive the following error

"The Installation Manager encountered an error when creating this registry  key: Class.  You must have administrative permission when running the Installation  Manager. Check the permissions for this registry key using a registry editor or  consult the system administrator."

I do have administrator privelages on this machine and I have had no issues in the past.  Any ideas???????
